First off, I was extremely surprised that Dean remembered me. I had been looking for a new place and it didn’t work out with a unit he showed me. But a few months later (I was still looking), Dean sent me a text and remembered me. He remembered exactly the neighborhoods I was interested in, my budget, amenities I wanted, etc. After doing a few FaceTimes for places (I had some work travel, but needed to move quick), we found a place for me in the West Loop.

I came in under budget. Dean was very communicative and patient with me. I honestly think that him just reaching out to me and remembering a lot about me, was a big deal for me. He definitely put some work in for me and finding me a new place to call home. I would recommend Dean to anyone looking for a place. He knows the city very well. Dean is my go to and I never thought I would utilize a real estate broker/agent to find a place in Chicago. Give Dean a call or text. He’ll take care of you
